It’s important to understand that the path to self-acceptance and reconciliation is unique to each individual, with no set timeline. You don’t need to feel broken to ask for help, everyone can benefit from support. Whether you’re beginning again or just improving on what’s already working, a coach can provide invaluable insights and the inspiration you need to maintain momentum.

Ideally, coaching is offered over the course of 12 weeks, allowing ample time to explore your desires, experiment with new behaviors, and establish healthier ways of being. Alternatively, we can arrange fewer sessions or individual coaching sessions as needed. Each session allows for ample time for shared restorative practices that promote overall well-being and stress management.

The coaching process will be collaborative and creative. I maintain a nurturing environment for my clients to gain clarity about their values and courage to take action. Self-care and interconnectedness are celebrated and respected throughout.  

All sessions are conducted over the phone, without video. This allows for a depth of work, focus, mobility during sessions, and more predictable technological connection.

I recently had the great pleasure of experiencing Cella’s 12 week compassionate coaching program. Wow, compassionate is definitely the word to describe her work. I have a tendency to be hard on myself (don’t we all?). This feels especially true when I feel like I am NOT meeting the goals I have set for myself. Cella holds a gentle, spacious, compassionate presence for exploration. She listens. One of the biggest things I discovered from our time together was that when I can set goals for myself that feel lower in pressure, I can accomplish more. Things get done in a way that feels spacious but still holds me accountable. It was so helpful to have her support to help me navigate some challenging issues. I’m forever grateful.
